INVITATION FOR JAMES CARRIGAN AT BARNSLEY'S DESIGN CENTRE.

We designed the invitation for James Carrigan's show at the Design Center in Barnsley where his Machine # 1.4 and Machine #1.3 were exhibited in January 2006.

James Carrigan's work sits between architecture, design and sculpture. The unique character of his work delivered the hook for designing an invite that is a tactile object rather than a two-dimensional flyer.

The images are photographic prints, and the text was foil blocked onto a 2000 micron card board, giving the invitation a rough and architectural feel on one hand, and a clean, designed and curated look on the other. Please visit www.jamescarrigan.com for more info.
